Gina Delli Bovi

MA BCBA/LBA-LDT-C

  • With over 15 years of experience in special education, Gina brings a deep understanding, unwavering dedication, and a uniquely personal perspective to every child and family she supports. Her journey began as a paraprofessional, where she developed a grassroots understanding of the classroom experience. Her ambition then led her to becoming a special education teacher before advancing into district leadership as a Behaviorist and Behavior Support Coordinator for a public school district.

    Armed with a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis and certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Gina is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, certified supervisor and recently earned her certification as a Learning Disabilities Teacher Consultant (LDT-C). Her experience spans public and private schools, as well as in-home services—offering her a broad and practical perspective on what truly helps children thrive.

    As a seasoned staff trainer, she enjoys empowering educators and support teams to grow in their skills and confidence. She believes in nurturing professionals to reach their full potential—because when adults grow, children succeed.

    Most importantly, Gina is a proud mother of three. She understands the challenges of juggling daily life while advocating for your child’s needs—and she also knows the pride and joy that come with watching your child thrive. Natalia Zorrilla

MA LDT-C

  • Natalia Zorrilla is a Bilingual Learning Disabilities Teacher-Consultant (LDT-C) with over 20 years of experience in the field of special education. She currently works in a public middle school and is excited to also offer her expertise through private practice.

    Natalia earned her undergraduate degree in Special Education from Curry College in Massachusetts and holds certifications in P-3, Teacher of the Handicapped, and as an LDT-C. She also holds two master’s degrees—one in Special Education from Saint Peter’s University and another from Fairleigh Dickinson University, where she completed her LDT-C program.

    As a bilingual professional fluent in Spanish, Natalia is passionate about supporting diverse learners and their families. She is dedicated to conducting thoughtful, individualized evaluations and helping to develop educational plans that truly reflect each student’s unique needs. Her mission is to ensure that every child is seen, heard, and positioned for long-term success.

Erin Forde

OTR

  • Erin Forde is a seasoned occupational therapist with over two decades of experience supporting neurodiverse individuals across the lifespan. As the Senior OT at Porchlight Practitioners, she works collaboratively with our speech therapist, behaviorist, and LDTC to ensure a seamless and holistic continuum of care for every child and family we serve.

    Erin earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, where she also completed a Certificate in Autism Studies. She is certified in the Sensory Integration and Praxis Tests (SIPT) and children's yoga, and has specialized training in Handwriting Without Tears and the Loops and Other Groups cursive writing curriculum.

    Over the course of her career, Erin has worked in a variety of settings, including as a pediatric clinic-based therapist in Bergen County, NJ. She has also served as the regional manager for a large therapy contracting company in North Jersey, overseeing teams of therapists and managing contracts for numerous public school districts. After starting her own family, she transitioned into a school-based role that allowed her to stay deeply engaged in clinical work while balancing family life.

    Erin is especially passionate about helping individuals build independence through play, leisure, and meaningful real-life experiences. She has a special interest in supporting adolescents and young adults with job readiness skills and loves providing opportunities for them to engage in community-based work settings that build confidence and life skills.
    Outside of work, Erin enjoys spending time with her husband, their three daughters, and the family dog, Vera. She loves beach days, homeschooling, and playing tennis and golf whenever she gets the chance. Erin brings warmth, insight, and a deep commitment to every child and family she serves—and feels honored to walk alongside them in their journey toward growth and fulfillment.

Monica Luciano, M.S.

CCC-SLP

  • With over 20 years of experience as a licensed speech-language pathologist, Monica Luciano brings deep expertise and a passionate, personalized approach to every client she serves. Her career spans early intervention, private practice, and public school settings—working with individuals from toddlers to teens. She engages in interdisciplinary collaboration with occupational therapists and behaviorists to develop and implement the most effective, individualized speech and language interventions specializing in both individual and group therapy, supporting development in articulation, language, and executive functioning skills. Known for her warm, engaging style, she creates sessions that are fun, functional, and results-driven. Monica is committed to thorough evaluations and evidence-based interventions tailored to meet each client’s unique needs, helping them build confidence and communication skills that last a lifetime.
